Semi Custom Homes

These two custom homes are designed with large format 24" x 48" porcelain tile for all bathrooms, foyers, laundry rooms and powder rooms. Each primary ensuite has been designed by Coco Tile and includes a custom shower with freestanding tub. HanStone quartz is used for all the vanity tops and laundry room countertops, while an exotic quartzite stone adornes the kitchen countertops and full height backsplash.
