A 200 Slab Custom Home: Northern Ontario's Largest Single Home Porcelain Slab Installation
The installation involves careful planning, with 200 slabs of Dekton seamlessly integrated into the home's design. The selection of Dekton Grigio for flooring with baseboard skirting covers the entire 5,000 square foot main floor of this custom home. The Dekton Grigio is also extended into the covered courtyard with 2cm pavers on a pedestal system. Dekton Grigio is used as a ventilated facade to accentuate architectural columns around the exterior of the home.
Dekton Nacre was selected for all the shower walls of each bathroom along with the vanity tops and backsplashes. Dekton Rem was chosen for the luxurious kitchen countertops with double islands and the stunning 25 foot high great room fireplace surround. The project start date is early 2025 and is planned to be completed by the end of the year. Please check back for further details and project photos.
Dekton Adia
A versatile finish with a silky appearance inspired by Italian Piasentina stone, which dynamically recreates a subtle brown marbling and light white veining over a soft cream background.
Dekton Ceppo
The distinctive blue-grey multiform structure of the Italian Ceppo di Gré stone inspires this unique colour. Its timeless design makes it a perfect choice for a classic or modern look.
Dekton Grigio
Inspired from Grigio Alpi macrofossils of the Vicenza Stone that consists of a grey colour scheme with warm nuances, this color blends perfectly with cream, wood and taupe tones.
Dekton Nacre
This cream colour ranges from fine microcement to lime plastering and is characterised by subtle details and a degraded texture that give it a high sensory value.
Dekton Rem
Inspired by one of the most elegant white marbles. Its intricate design, with brown and grey veining and hints of gold, reflects the traditional and almost linear structure of Calacatta Lincoln.
